The Ohio State University and The Research Institute at Nationwide Children's
Hospital represent two of the fastest growing biomedical research centers
in the United States and both maintain a global presence in a number of specialized
areas related to skeletal, cardiac, and neuromuscular biology. The campuses are
within 10 minutes of each other by shuttle ride and both are located in close
proximity to downtown Columbus, the capital city of the state of Ohio, which
in 2007 was ranked the 15th largest city in the United States. If you are interested
